01. Service Agreement

By using our SMM Calculator or Website Estimator, you agree to provide accurate business details. All quotations generated are estimates based on current market rates and specific requirements provided by the client.

02. Project Development

For web development projects (e.g., E-commerce, Portfolios, or Brand Identity), the scope of work is defined by the final quotation approved by the client. Any additional features requested after the project start may incur extra charges.

03. Support & Expiration

Post-deployment support is valid for a specific duration (typically 20 days for clothing brands and clinics). After this period, support moves to an on-call basis unless a support extension is requested via our Contact Page.

04. Content & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, clients (like Fine Art Tailors or Z & Z Interior) are responsible for providing high-resolution logos and website content. Tech & Design Hub reserves the right to showcase developed projects in our portfolio for promotional purposes.

05. Payment & Refunds

Payments for services (Web/SMM/Graphic Design) are non-refundable once the project milestones are completed and approved. Domain and hosting fees are subject to third-party provider terms.

06. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service for any project if terms are violated or if there is a consistent delay in content delivery from the client's side.
